* Responsibilities and Duties:
They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts and oversee all aspects of our marketing strategies. This role will involve developing and executing marketing plans to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales within the foodservice and hospitality industries. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams, including the Technica House team (Brand Community Manager and Creative Director) to push forward new strategies aimed at strengthening relationships with chefs and positioning their company as a leader in innovative sushi robotics.
<Job details / Task>
*Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision, focusing on driving growth, brand recognition, and sales in the B2B sector.
- Collaborate closely with the Technica House team and the Brand Community Manager to align marketing efforts with the company’s new strategies for working with chefs, showcasing how our technology enhances culinary creativity and efficiency.
- Oversee Technica House partnerships, events, and activations to expand brand presence and foster relationships with key industry players, chefs, and influencers.
*Agency Collaboration:
- Oversee and manage relationships with PR agencies and Digital Marketing agencies, ensuring that campaigns and strategies align with their business goals.
- Manage external partners to ensure high-quality, consistent messaging, and delivery of campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
*B2B Marketing Strategy:
- Lead B2B marketing efforts targeting foodservice providers, restaurants, and other business clients, focusing on the unique benefits of their sushi robots in improving operations.
- Develop campaigns aimed at building strong relationships with chefs, influencers, and culinary leaders, leveraging Technica House to showcase chef-driven content and demonstrations.
*Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and HubSpot to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
- Lead content creation initiatives (blog posts, case studies, videos, etc.) that highlight the versatility and efficiency of the Sushi Robots for chefs and businesses.
*Content Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Design and implement lead-generation campaigns using a combination of content marketing, digital ads, and email campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and conversion.
- Create and manage content that speaks directly to the needs and challenges of chefs, business owners, and decision-makers in the foodservice industry.
*Brand Management & Messaging:
- Ensure the brand is presented consistently and effectively across all marketing materials, from digital content to product collateral.
- Focus on how the sushi robots and innovative solutions help chefs be more creative and efficient in the kitchen, enhancing the "Sushi Experience."
*Event Planning and Public Relations:
- Work with the PR agency to generate press and media coverage, positioning their Sushi Robots as an industry leader.
- Plan and organize trade shows, pop-up events, and chef collaborations to promote the brand and attract key B2B customers.
*Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Ads to track the effectiveness of campaigns, measure ROI, and optimize strategies for continued growth.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
*Team Leadership and Budget Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, aligning their efforts with broader company objectives and ensuring continuous professional growth.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently across campaigns, tools, and agency partnerships to achieve business goals.
<Skills/Specialty>
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications.
- Language: Japanese prefferd
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the foodservice, technology, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of leading successful B2B marketing campaigns and working with PR and digital marketing agencies.Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing partnerships, events, and activations, and working with community teams.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams, especially when implementing new strategies for chef-focused campaigns.
- Creative and strategic thinking, with a passion for food, technology, and the culinary world.
